Q: Why do you print on American Apparel and Alternative Apparel shirts?
A: They are the highest quality, extremely comfortable, and sweat-shop free shirts you can find. Other companies save money by buying cheaper, low-quality shirts that are itchy and uncomfortable or made by poor, dirty children living in a miserable hole.
Q: What kind of paper are your posters printed on?
A: We use 100# Cougar cover for our white paper and100# Cover paper by French Paper Company for all other colors.
Q: How do I know your posters and prints are actually a part of a limited edition?
A: The winning designer submits a signature or icon when he/she wins the contest. This signature or icon is used to create a stamp or chop which is then used to authenticate the poster set. This method of "signing" has been used for centuries by Japanese printmakers. When the limited edition set of prints are finished and stamped the artist receives the actual stamp as part of their prize packet. This ensures buyers they are purchasing a limited edition print.
Q: Why do we have to become a member to vote or submit a design?
A: The member system allows us to keep track of voting so we can prevent cheating and ban malicious users. See voting faq's for more answers.
Q: Am I required to have a PayPal account to place an order?
A: No. We now accept all major credit cards so feel free to place your order over the phone. Orders can be placed at 214-621-4977 or you can email me and I'll call you. Soon there will be online ordering set up for non-PayPal users.
Q: What's the shipping situation?
A: All orders are shipped out First Class mail 2-3 business days after you place your order. In rare cases* it might take up to 5-7 days. If you need it faster let us know and we will do our best. We are a small operation and will fill your order as fast as we can. *Rare cases may include not having your shirt size in stock. If this is the case we will let you know ASAP that it will be a little longer.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship all over the world! At the moment, there is no extra charge for international shipping.
Q: What do you charge for shipping?
A: We are currently running a special that if you purchase $40 or more in our store we will send your order free!
Shipping Fees:
$1- 9.99 = $1.50 shipping charge
$10- 29.99 = $4.50 shipping charge
$30- 39.99 = $6.00 shipping charge
$40- more = Free shipping
Q: What if I need to return something?
A: In most cases we will be happy to exchange your item within 10 days for store credit. If the shirt has been washed we will not accept a return. Our return policy only covers situations where you have accidentally ordered the wrong shirt size. Make sure you check out American Apparel's size chart before ordering. In general, we tell customers to order one size larger than normal because their shirts are not preshrunk.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes. All our shirts can be sold at wholesale prices! Simply email us and we'll quote you a price. Minimum order for wholesale pricing is 12 shirts. We are always looking for opportunities to have our shirts in stores on consignment. We'll be glad to send some out and see how they work in your store.
